Gewan White Beach Resort-New Alamein

The hotel is very modern and all the furniture is brand new. The hotel lobby is very elegant. The Front Office team and management are very friendly and professional. The service at the breakfast is very good but the food quality and variety could be better. The cleanliness within the bedroom is ok but could be better, however the House Keeping Supervisor (Noor) was very helpful and professional.

The property is basically brand new and its layout and facilities are simply beautiful. We stayed in a 3-headroom 2-bath chalet with ocean view for a family of 6. It was perfect. The living room is spacious and the full kitchen is very handy. Furniture is almost brand new. Bedrooms are nicely furnished and one has its own bathroom and private :) The amenities and the restaurant and the breakfast buffet is also great. The beach has a a rock barrier about 1/2 a mile away so there are no worries about large waves and rip currents. Life guard is on duty full time and the water does turn aqua green when the wind is very calm :) The pools are awesome as well. We favored the beach all along until the last day where we’re supposed to leave. The water and the pool and the ambiance was so great that we decided to extend our trip one more day!! We had to pull my 4-year boy out of the kid’s area. He loved it. Mr. Osama at the front desk was so accommodating and he handled the 1-day extension with no issues whatsoever. The service, is nothing but excellent. Staff is very polite and accommodating and make you feel like you’re special. The resort itself is on its own away from traffic and busy crazy things all around but hey Alamain, Marina and Marasi and great restaurants are 10-15 minutes away and the pricing in my opinion is very reasonable for what you get. Service all around is just awesome. And oh before I forget, something it mentioned on Booking, the hotel offers free ticket and shuttle to Aqua Park at neighboring Tolip resort. It was great fun for my son and myself and our college sons. Overall, it was a great 5-day little vacation. If we didn’t have to return to Cairo to spend time with family before returning to California, we would have not left the resort!!!! :( But we may return few days if we can get away with it!! Chances are we will! Cairo is too hot these days!

The hotel was great and luxurious. The rooms were clean. The food was varied and good. Swimming pools were wonderful and fun. The beach was very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Khaled, the reception manager, was very professional, respectful, always smiling, and very cooperative. Mr. Mohammed at the reception was also wonderful. Everything in our stay was exceptional and we enjoyed it very much.

The Hotel is very nice, with very nice facilities. The 3 bedroom Chalet had good space for the family. The staff was very helpful, especially Ahmed Salah from Reception who contacted us on the morning of our arrival, and always looked for us during our stay.
